Change of Catalog

Logon to the Automated Student Access Program (ASAP) to change your address. Under Student Services Tab, click Graduate School, select Request for Change of Catalog. Submit to change your catalog to a future term.

Finance - Change of Concentration Request

MS-Finance - Change of Concentration Request - Currently attending MS - Finance students requesting a change of Concentration only. Complete and submit the form with the approved signatures.

IT - Change of Concentration Request

MS - IT - Change of Concentration Request   - Currently attending MS - IT students requesting a change of Concentration only. Complete and submit the form with the approved signatures.

MBA - Change of Concentration Request

MBA - Change of Concentration - Currently attending MBA students requesting a change of Concentration only. Complete and submit the form with the approved signatures.

Computer Science (MS) - Change of Concentration Request

MS/Computer Science - Change of Concentration Request  - Currently attending master Computer Science students requesting a change of Concentration only. Complete and submit the form with the approved signatures. 

MM-Music - Change of Emphasis Request

Master of Music - Music majors only  - Change of Emphasis Request - Currently attending Music students requesting a change of Emphasis only. Complete and submit the form with the approved signatures.

Deferral Form (Master's Students Only)

Logon to the Automated Student Access Program (ASAP) to change your address. Under Student Services Tab, click Graduate School, select Request for Application Deferral. Complete this if wish to defer your online application.

Request to Continue Certificate Program after Graduation

Request to continue certificate program after graduation. Complete and submit the form with the approved signatures.

Military Duty Statement

If you or your spouse are stationed at a Texas military base, you can apply for in-state tuition by completing this form.

Release of Degree Information

Master's and doctoral candidates should request a Letter of Degree Completion from their Graduate Advisor of Record or the College graduate advisor up to the time the semester ends.

Residency Core Questions

Use this residency questionnaire if applying for Fall 2006 and later. Students applying to Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board rule 21.731 requires each student applying to enroll at an institution to respond to a set of core residency questions for the purpose of determining the student’s eligibility for classification as a resident. Non-resident students currently enrolled may use this form to apply for consideration for re-classification to a Texas resident for tuition purposes. Requests for reclassification must be received prior to the official census date of the term which you are requesting reclassification.  Establishing Texas Residency website
