The University of Texas at San Antonio Graduate School (campus map) is located in the Plaza Norte Building, 2.210 on the north side of UTSA's Main Campus (Main Campus map). Our office hours are Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm.

If you are a prospective graduate applicant and wish to see a graduate recruiter, stop by our office during office hours. A graduate recruiter will be able to assist you with program requirements and expectations.

Before you apply to a graduate program you are strongly urged to visit with a graduate recruiter and department of the program you are interested in.

Please direct questions regarding submitted applications and supporting documents directly to the Student Development Specialist II for the College to which you are applying. You can check the status of your application and view the documents we have received by accessing your application account. During the time of year when application deadlines are approaching, it can take up to 3-6 days for us to respond to your email inquiry. Please do not send repeat inquiries. Emails are answered in the order in which they are received. Thank you for your patience.
