You are about to start an exciting journey of self-improvement, professional growth, and academic excellence. Graduate School Orientation (GSO) provides the opportunity to receive an overview of how to succeed in graduate school, including the resources and student services available to you.
This spring, GSO is going virtual on Webex! This event is open to you, your family and guests, but each person who wishes to attend through Webex must register using the registration link below. The GSO event will include panel discussions with faculty, current students and alumni; engagement activities; break-out sessions for student success; and additional information that will help you personally and professionally develop in your program. In addition, we will have other important aspects of GSO prerecorded on the Graduate School YouTube channel on an Orientation playlist. GSO is held prior to the fall and spring semesters; summer admits are encouraged to attend in the fall semester Orientation program.
DATE: Saturday January 9, 2021
TIME: 10:00 am – 1:00 pm
If you have questions about GSO, email our Orientation team at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are an international student and have questions about intake paperwork, please contact International Student Services at email@example.com.
