The GREAT Peer Mentors consists of a select group of graduate students who act as student hosts at campus events, vertical learning communities, university, community and alumni functions (ADD) as well as providing peer mentorship.
Established in 2020, the GREAT Peer Mentors program is committed to Service, Leadership, Integrity, and Excellence. Peer Mentors assist with retention and readiness events that include Spring Showcase and Orientation. Visit our Peer Mentor profile page to find out more about our student leaders!
Future Peer Mentor Requirements
The UTSA GREAT Peer Mentors students function as one unit. These are yearly appointments and positions become available as needed.
Requirements To Apply:
- Must be a Masters or Doctoral student
- Not already receiving departmental funding
- Full time enrollment (9 credit hours)
- 3.0 GPA or better
