Bio
Jo Ann Jones (she/her/hers) is a Retention and Graduation Program Coordinator for the Graduate School and the liaison for the College of Education and Human Development. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts from the University of the Incarnate Word and a Master of Arts in Communication from UT San Antonio. Jo Ann has worked in both student success and communications/public relations at the university since 2013. Outside of work, Jo Ann enjoys reading, collecting signed copies of her favorite books, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
