Bio
Elder McCants serves as a Retention and Graduation Program Coordinator for the Graduate School and as the liaison for the College of Sciences and for master’s students in the College of AI, Cyber and Computing. He holds a bachelor’s degree in communication studies from Texas Lutheran University and a master’s degree in political science from Texas State University. He has worked in higher education as an instructor and student success professional for fourteen years. In his free time, Elder enjoys exercising, reading, traveling and discovering new restaurants and coffee shops.
